SSS Design & Constructions started with a simple observation: most people building homes in and around Nandhi Hills had access to contractors, but rarely to a genuine architect. Floor plans were copied, materials were swapped without notice, and budgets ballooned after work began.
We set out to change that. Our model puts the architect at the centre of every project — not just at the start, but throughout construction, interior design, and finishing. We produce original designs, document every cost before breaking ground, and assign a dedicated site engineer to each build. Interior design is handled in-house by the same team, so architecture and interiors are coordinated from day one.
